Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all custom software engineering, web development, mobile app delivery, and digital marketing services provided by Digital Daptos.

Summary: We engineer state-of-the-art software and ranking strategies with enterprise rigor. All deliverables adhere to formal milestones, agreed scoping roadmaps, and prompt communication.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Digital Daptos, executing a project quotation, or browsing this website, you confirm your legal authority and agreement to these binding terms and associated project specifications.

2. Services & Project Scope

All software architectures, mobile apps, graphic designs, and SEO campaigns are executed according to the approved Project Proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

Custom Engineering: Web and mobile apps built to documented technical wireframes and performance benchmarks.
Search Engine Optimization: White-hat technical auditing, link building, and keyword ranking campaigns.
Performance Marketing: Paid campaign setup and ROAS management across Google and Meta.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely technical access (DNS, staging servers, brand collateral) and feedback during designated sprint review windows to prevent milestone delays.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments follow milestone schedules specified on invoices. Invoices are payable in INR or USD via Bank Wire (NEFT/IMPS), UPI, or authorized credit gateways with zero hidden fees.

5. Refunds & Termination

Refund requests are handled pursuant to our dedicated Refund Policy. Either party may terminate an ongoing retainer with 30 days written notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon final milestone settlement, all custom code, graphic assets, database models, and intellectual property developed specifically for the client transfer completely and exclusively to the client.

7. Confidentiality & Mutual NDAs

We maintain strict confidentiality concerning all proprietary source code, algorithms, customer databases, and marketing strategies under mutual NDA standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

Digital Daptos delivers high-performance solutions adhering to industry standards. In no event shall liability exceed the total fees paid for the specific project sprint in question.
