- Ensure your content/assets do not violate laws, third-party rights, or platform policies.

Delays caused by missing inputs, access, or approvals may shift timelines without penalty to Digital Daptos.
4. Accounts & Access
You may need to grant access to third-party platforms (e.g., ad accounts, analytics, social media pages, CMS). You are responsible for safeguarding credentials. We recommend role-based access instead of sharing passwords.
5. Payments, Fees & Taxes
Fees are as stated in your Scope Document. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due in advance or as per milestone terms. Taxes (including GST) may apply where required.
- Late payments: may pause work until cleared.
- Third-party costs: ad spend, tools, hosting, domains are separate unless explicitly included.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy available on this website. If there is a conflict, the signed Scope Document terms prevail.
Note: digital services involve time and delivery; refunds are assessed based on work completed and deliverables provided.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise in writing:

Either party may terminate services as per the Scope Document terms. We may suspend or terminate services if payments are overdue, or if you engage in unlawful, abusive, or policy-violating activity.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Kolkata, West Bengal, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
